Simply Call our Service Number or login to the Integrate IoT app to log your technical support request. Ensure you submit a valid
Name and email address as the support system will track the progress of your support ticket whilst keeping you informed along
the way.
Once you have logged in, select support from the top right hand corner. From here you will add the description of your issue and
support requirements – you can also use the file attachment option at the bottom of the page to attach any images or files to
allow us to further analyse the issue at hand.
The Integrate ioT app also has a “Help” section with current articles relating to latest technologies and technology changes affecting
your industry to ensure your organisation is prepared and informed.
